Aaron Kaplan started out as an office leasing broker in the early 2000’s with Marc Realty. After executing numerous successful transactions in office leasing, he branched out to start his own firm. He dreamed of creating a positive culture, one that cherishes both the 1,000 sq ft deal and the 100,000 sq ft deal alike. The focus centered on investment sales, development management and sales, as well as the creative repurposing of properties. In 2019, he led his firm to win the Best of Skokie Awards in the category of Commercial Real Estate Agency.
Aaron is a third-generation Chicagoan and is raising a beautiful family in West Rogers Park. He is deeply committed to community building and giving back.

Leibel Moscowitz boasts a versatile background in sales and development. A prolific entrepreneur, his ventures have taken him from Singapore to Moscow and back to Chicago where his family laid roots three generations ago. His personal ethos of relationship building, and a client-centric approach was a natural fit with the Vandon Forbes brand and culture. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has taken it to the next level of industry excellence and leadership.

April joined the team at Vandon Forbes LLC in 2013. With her background in office management, bookkeeping, and the construction industry she brings a host of attributes to the table that adds tremendous value as a commercial property manager.
April has a strong focus in tenant relations and specializes in all facets of managing, whether it be choosing paint and carpet color or the end result of a completely remodeled office. April is eager to help where she can achieve operational excellence.
Outside the office, April is kept busy with 2 grandson’s and enjoys donating her spare time at the local pet rescue.
Her love to create and go to extreme with parties or events for family or friends is one of her biggest passions.

Alex is the Finance Manager for Vandon Forbes. He has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. His responsibilities include AR/AP, budgeting, and reconciliations. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and occasionally dabbles in woodworking.
